My initial sniff of this was a ginger blast so I let it sit for a couple of days and when I came back to sniff it I was blown away by how complex and rich it turned out to be, its an invigorating spicy vanilla with a mellowed ginger and pepper and later it blooms into this sexy vanilla cake. Love it!
